Frequently Asked Questions
Since I don't like to repeat myself, I created this FAQ post. The following Q&A session is by no means exhaustive. It merely encompasses the points of interest I am willing to address directly. It will be supplemented periodically if you continue to plague me with your curiosity.

Q.
Why did you choose the name Ginger Bits?
A.
I most certainly did not choose this pseudonym for myself. It was bestowed upon me by an irrascible younger sibling and his dubious sense of humor. I guess you could call it a family joke.

Q.
What does Ginger Bits mean?
A.
Let's see if I can make this clear without offending anyone's delicate sensibilities. "Ginger" is a color. In some regions, it is a commonly accepted assignation for hair color. For example, a ginger cat has orange fur, while a ginger-haired man could also be called a redhead. Moving on. "Bits" is an anotomical euphamism which is used colloquially to refer to the proof of one's manhood. Suffice to say that in my case, the carpet matches the drapes. If this has failed to enlighten you, it's time to have that little chat with your mother. Now go away.

Q.
Are you really a guy?
A.
After the previous question, do you really need to ask?

Q.
Why are you so mean?
A.
Why are you still here? This is my journal, and if I choose to be a sarcastic bastard, I will be. If you insist on hanging around, I can only conclude that you find my blunt manner endearing. I'm not trying to ingratiate myself to anyone. I'm here to write because it's what I enjoy doing in my spare time. Take it or leave it, because I won't change.

Q.
Your story says it will be yaoi, but there hasn't been any action yet. Why not?
A.
Which one of us is writing this story? The boys will get there eventually. And here I thought you ladies were all about foreplay. [snort]

Q.
I have a really good idea for your story. Do you want to hear it?
A.
No.

Q.
What do you think about MPREG?
A.
It would play havoc with my boyish figure, so I plan to avoid it at all costs.

Q.
Will you ever update Brothers-in-Arms?
A.
Yes. I started this story when I joined the [info]30shards  community and placed a claim on the Inuyasha/Sesshomaru pairing. If you are very clever, you might realize this means there will be at least 30 chapters in my tale.

Q.
What's taking you so long to update?
A.
I write for pleasure, but it is far from the only pleasure my life holds. Just because a few weeks have passed, do not assume I have abandoned the story. I will proceed at my own pace.

i was wondering whether you're ever going to update 'brother in arms'? if you are, then update - quickly!!!!! if not, then you should at least add an authors note or something that tells people how long its going to take or whether the next chapter is at all going to come or not. its not fair to keep people waiting for so long.
anyway, i really don't even know why i bothered. hope to see chp 5 someday in the..near..future. bwa hahaha
keep up the good work!
ciao~

I see I'll need to update my FAQ again.

While I acknowledge the compliment underlying your pointed remarks and questionable insinuations, I will update Brothers-in-Arms at my convenience. In future, might I suggest pinning your hopes on a more persuasive argument than it's not fair. [eyeroll]
